● The Bolsheviks were the revolutionary party , committed to the ideas of karl marx played an important role in revolution of October 1917.

◆first the Bolsheviks had to gain control of the petrograd Soviet.

◆then they would take power in the name of the Soviet.

◆the process would then be repeated in other cities.


●secondly, then comes april thesis.

◆lenin declared"all power to the soviets".This showed that the Bolsheviks did not believe in the existence of the provisional government or an elect national assembly he also promised"peace,land and bread" to the masses.


●then comes lenin Trotsky who actively participated in this revolution.

The Bolsheviks were the revolutionary party , committed to the ideas of Karl Marx played an important role in revolution of October 1917.First the Bolsheviks had to gain control of the retrograde Soviet which was the most powerful at that time.

Then they would take power in the name of the Soviet. The process would then be repeated in other cities. Secondly, then comes April thesis. So they got the power from some different powerful resources.
