In the French Revolution, the state of women was not so good. They were considered passive citizens and do not have right to vote for which they opposed the country system. There husbands are taking part in revolution. So,the have to work for lobg hours to earn money, they have to do all the household work and also take care of their children. There was shortage of grains which ultimately led to shortage of bread.Due to which, the prices of bread rose and women have to stand in a long queue in bakeries for long time.Sometimes, the got very much angry and start breaking the shops and shows their anger on bakeries.
So,the situation of women during french answers was not so good.
