The treaty of Vienna was signed after the defeat of Napoleon Bonaparte in Battle of Waterloo (1815). The treaty of Vienna was a three folded policy. It's main focus was to reward the countries who were against Napoleon and punish those who were for him. In one word, it tried to bring the Europe that existed before the advent of Napoleonic era.
