what was wrong with margie's performance in geography tests? what was the reason

Margie has given many tests in geography tests unfortunately there been no improvements in her performance.

The reason is she could not able to follow the instructions and sent for the performance measures.

It only getting worse and had done once in her tests.

Instructor will not able to deliver lesson and not able to understand problems.
