That sign is called Plus or minus .

We need to tell plus or minus both are not separate.

this sign dosen't has any name it is only ment to show

that the factors are 2 can be expressed both negative (-) and positive sign (+)

Ex. factors of 2 are

(-2 ) × (-1) = 2

2 × 1 =2
