what we should we do to replace plastic

this is so easy we may use cotton bags or paper bags fixed with strong adhesive to make it stronger and stop it from breaking....

There are many things to replace plastic and in every country it is under implementation and we can use some paper instead of plastic polymers and it will be helpful. we are there people who can do that and weer need to dispose rubbish with out using polymers and we can do many things for this. For instance we can educate and aware people about this in villages and we need to teach them and but taking a best alternative for plastic covers in malls and many polymers based centre. Best thing is to replace covers with papers that will be helpful and many more but this is easy.
