Option D i.e All adult males should be allowed to vote is the correct answer.

The Andrew Jackson abolished the property (tax paying) qualifications for voting for the adult white men. So his belief regarding voting was that all adult white males should allowed to vote. But property as qualification for voting was allowed to continue in five states like-- Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania, Delaware and North Carolina.
