one day miss Sullivan captured for Helen a horseshoe crab. she felt of it and thought it very strange that it very strange that it should carry it's house on its back. she seized it by the tail and carried it home. it's body was very heavy. she had to use all her might to drag it half a mile . the crab was put in a trough near the well. Helen thought it was secure there.but next morning it was nowhere to be found . Helen was greatly disappointed, but then realized that it is not wise or kind to keep a crab out of its sea water.
