At the time of Industrial Revolution, Labor Union had all its main focus on achieving better benefits and advantages for the labors. The Union was basically aimed at achieving security and protection to the labors working in the Industries.

• The Union was developed with an aim to help look after all possible common needs and requirements of the common labor and workers.


• Within the industrial sector, there were what was termed as organized labor unions. These unions were also aimed at fighting for the rights of the labor so they can get better wages.



• Apart from this, the labor union also focused on setting up a fixed reasonable time for each labor to work within the industry.


• As the union was also concerned about the well being of the labor, so they focused on improving better working conditions for the labors within the industrial sector.



• They also fought to implement better sanitation and health facilities for labor and their families.

during the industrial revolution the laborers are the set of workers have fought for reasonable working hours safe working condition and better wages.


This affected the country's growth a lot as there was no help from the labor Union and there was no work going on in the factories after a lot of collective bargaining about about all the concerns from the labor unions the work got started
