The main causes of Russian revolution are as follows:
• Most of the agricultural lands were snatched by the nobility landlords and government as a result of which the common people who were mostly farmers were devoid of any land
• The working class urban people also became poor day by day
• Continuous torture of the educated minority groups like Jews, Poles etc infuriated them
• The Russian orthodox churches became corrupted and there were restrictions of religious freedom which led to the downfall of the faith and moral norms.
• The rigorous hardships of the World War I etc
