Hi

Subhas Chandra Bose's father had asked him to write the Civil Services Examination.

But Bose had the thought of working as a freedom fighter for India. He was full of patriotism and wanted to join the Freedom movement. On knowing this, his father criticized him, that he was avoiding the exam as he was afraid of passing the exam.

Bose thought that by preparing hard and clearing his exams he can prove himself to his father.

Hope this helps.

Subhas Chandra Bose was a very big patriot of his motherland. He was working towards becoming a freedom fighter.

But his father had asked him to sit for the civil services exam.

When he disclosed his intentions to his father, the latter had ridiculed him by saying that Bose is scared if he will clear the exams.

To prove his father worng, Bose studied for the exama and he succeeded.
