In the silent sea, the ship was having no movement and the water was still. Although the ship was surrounded by water all the sides but there was not a single drop to drink. The creepy creatures of the sea were climbing on to the ship. Everyone was so thirsty that they felt like there mouths were choked. Also, since the ship wasn't moving there the atmosphere was deadly hot. The ancient Mariner was told as the one responsible for this and the albatross was hung around his neck instead of the cross.
