The new country of South Africa(AF) was based on the basic principle of equality of all races to end Apartheid ; and men and women to provide equality to all; on democratic values thus adopted democracy,social justice and human rights.The basic rules that would be abided are :

1- Leaders will be chosen by election.

2-The elected government don't have the right to change the rules.

3-These rules are written down as the Constitution.
