The main reasons of that civil war was as following.
At that time Bilsheviks had many enemies like the supporters of Tsar and provisional government , Rovultionaries etc they all hated them because of their steps that they taken.
And hence all these groups gathered and cooperate each other to destroy the Bolsheviks ruling.
Secondly, Czech war prisoners not only attacked Moscow but also took hold of Siberian railway.
