Due to his frndship for bassanio ,as bassanio love portia nd to go at belmont and win the portia he was in need of money nd he was not having sufficiant Money to go to belmont so he has gone at the place of antonio for the help and as antonio ship was traped in the sea so he was not able to lead him a money, nd therefore he had gone at the place of shylock to take a money form him as Shylok is the jewish and he hate christian since Antonio is the christian hence, he has the gud oppurtunity to take revang from antonio he lead him money and inspite of that he has given a bond to sign antonio.....
