After industrialization, artisans, craftsmen and workers where benefited because industrialisation supported employment because new buildings and heritages were began to construct. The employment ratio due to industrialisation was increased.
But when industrialisation began to establish new technology also came out and many local workers were affected by it. after this many workers have been died from starvation and many workers have become landless and homeless.

The conditions of workers are the have to work for more than 10 hours and they do have only one break that to a lunch break .
When the factory is out of raw items then the mill would get a loss so the salary of workers is deducted. Many workers are suffering from health problems due to the effects of the machinery .
