THE CONDITIONS WERE AS FOLLOWS:-
1. gulliver should not leave Lilliput without the permission of the king
2. he should not enter the country without the emperor's permission
3. while walking,he should make sure that he doesn't crush any creature like the people, horses, trees etc.
4. whenever necessary gulliver should take the king's messenger in his pocket and safely take him to palace.
5. last but not the least, he should ought to follow all the above rules in order to get the food
