Mughal empire after Aurangzeb the new nawabs started fighting for the throne..The 3 sons of Aurangzeb namely Muazzam, Muhammad Azam and, (The 3rd I don't remember) started fighting...

The successors after Aurangzeb were very weak and could not handle the empire..

Tye staggering blow at Delhi because of Ahmad Shah also Blew the vast Mughal empire into small pieces..
