FEATURES OF MENDELEEV PERIODIC TABLE:
1) This table contains 8 vertical columns called groups and 6 horizontal rows called periods.
2) Mandeelev left gaps for the elements not discovered at that time. He named Such elements by prefixing Sanskrit numeral like email(one) etc to name the preceding similar element in the same group.
3) He predicted atomic masses and properties of several elements that were not known at that time.
