What were the criticisms raised against communist system?

Well, there certainly are a lot of criticism regarding the communist ideal and when I say ideal, I really mean the ideal or dream of a communist society, as there has never existed a communist state. When people think of communism, they think of Russia, China and maybe even Cuba, but they only wished of becoming communists.
