After the February Revolution the Tsar accepted some of the demands of the Revolutionaries .

Some of them are as follows :

• Any individual party can be established.

• Workers were then having some basic rights.

• They were then having better working hours.

• Some increment was there in the wages.

• Agricultural prices were also increased.
