What were the developments in the field of communication under the dogra rulers

In 1890 Dogra rule, Jhelum Valley Cart Road was laid between Kolcala and Baramulla which was extended to Srinagar in 1897. From Bandipora to Gilgit, Gilgit road was started its construction.
