Liberals were against the unlimited power of dynastic rulers they wanted to protect the rights of individual against government. They were in favour of representatives elected parliamentary government with an independent judiciary. radicals favoured a government based on the majority of the countries population unlike liberals they were against the privileges of great land owners and well the factory owners they did not like the concept of concentration of property in the hands of a few conservation were different from radical and liberals.
