Sri Lanka:-
1.there were 74% sinhala ,18% Tamil speaker .there were 13% Sri Lankan Tamil speaker & rest were Indian Tamil speaker.
2.leader of sinhala community sought to secure dominance over govt by virtue of majority & democratically elected as govt.
3. they passed many act in favor of them , like they made sinhala the official language of sri lanaka & many more . this led to conflict between Tamil & sinhala speaker.
