It's way too complex and a real nightmare for comman man.It doesn't represent the will of people of India because constituent assembly was chosen by indirect elections and only around 10% people in Country had voting rights on the basis of Education, Wealth and taxes they were paying, who had elected the electoral college for Constituent Assembly .
