Explanation:

During the reign of Bourbon dynasty, the 'economic condition of France' became 'poor' due to the 'foreign wars of Louis 16', Louis 17 and other expensive wars and during the 'reign period of Louis 17', the treasury became empty due to the 'extravagant expenses' of his wife Queen Marie Antoinette.

So he appointed Turgot and Necker as finance ministers yet he dismissed them due to his wife's interference.

In 1783, Callone was appointed as the Minister and he adopted the policy of borrowing but he too was removed from his respective post.

This way the economic instability was an important cause for the Revolution.
