Following were the results of the Third Anglo-Mysore War: At the conclusion of the War in 1792, the Treaty of Seringapatnam was signed between Tipu Sultan and the English East India Company. Tipu Sultan was forced to cede half his kingdom to the trio of the British, the Marathas and the Nizam.
