Answer:

Features of the Constitution of 1791 framed by the National Assembly :

(i) Limit the power of the Monarch. (ii) Powers were separated to different institutions - the Legislature, Executive and the Judiciary.

(iii) Constitutional monarchy was introduced.

Taxes collected by the church were abolished and the lands owned by the church were confiscated. Power to make laws was vested in the hands of the national assembly. Powers were distributed among the different institutions- - the judiciary, the executive, and the legislature. It limited the powers of the king.

The Constitution declared that France was a "friend and ally of free nations", would not interfere with the government of other free nations and would harbor any refugees from "nations ruled by tyrants". It also forbade the establishment of peace with an enemy that occupied French territory.

The main features of the French revolution are the following: Equality: The French revolution stands for equality, liberty and fraternity.

4. Taxes: prior to the French revolution two first two estates were exempted to pay taxes hence, all the taxes were only paid by the third estate.
