(1)khadi cloths were often more expensive than the cloths produced in mills.
(2)Boycott of British institutions also posed a problem as there were no alternative indian institutions.
(3)So students and teachers began trickling back to the govt. schools..
(4)Even lawyers resumed work in government court.

The Non-Cooperation Movement gradually slow down in the cities because:-
♦also expensive and Khadi clothes were not borne by the common people,English Institutions was not the problem of boycott posed
♦that could be used in place of Indian institutions. Institute British so people begin tickling Government school teachers and students and
