What were the few reason for the gradual slowing down of the non cooperation movement in the cities?

There are many reasons for the gradual slowing down of non cooperation movement that are written below-
(1)khadi cloths were often more expensive than the cloths produced in mills.
(2)Boycott of British institutions also posed a problem as there were no alternative indian institutions.
(3)So students and teachers began trickling back to the govt. schools..
(4)Even lawyers resumed work in government court.

The Non-Cooperation Movement gradually slow down in the cities because:-

♦also expensive and Khadi clothes were not borne by the common people,English Institutions was not the problem of boycott posed 

♦that could be used in place of Indian institutions. Institute British so people begin tickling Government school teachers and students and 

♦British institutions and lawyers to begin to withdraw government has joined in court
