The five consumers rights are:

1) Right to safety:consumers have the right to be protected against the marketing of goods and delivery of services that are hazardous to life and property.

2) Right to be informed:consumers have the right to know about the particular goods and services they purchase.i.e expiry date,etc.

3)Right to choose:consumers have the choice whether to continue to receive the service or not.

4) Right to seek redressal:consumers have the right to seek redressal against unfair trade practice and exploitation.

5) Right to represent:consumers hve the right to repre themselves in the consumer court ,if any unfair trade practice or explotation takes place.
