he discovered Tut’s tomb after years of futile searching. This was his greatest discovery in Egypt,the contents of the tomb had been ransacked hastily but it was still complete. it was the richest royal collection ever found and had become a part of the pharaoh's legend. There were beautiful artefacts wrought in gold apart from everyday items that the pharaoh might need.
