A constitutional monarchy is a form of government in which a non-elected monarch functions as the head of state within the limits of a constitution. Political power in a constitutional monarchy is shared between the monarch and an organized government such as the British Parliament.

Your answer:

Institutions in constitutional monarchy is somewhat similar from a  Democracy. In constitutional monarchy, the main power lies in Emperor and a sort power in Legislature body, and have all the 3 institutions; Executive, Judiciary and Legislature, E.g. United kingdom, while in democracy main power lies in hands of Supreme court or President and a key role of Prime minister.
