>> The main aim of NCP was to resist the british rule in India..through non-violence

Limitations are :

>> Khadi cloth was expensive and less durable..nobody are willed to buy it

>> Boycot of Institution posed a problsm

>> So many drawbacks delayed the movement

  • The teachers, lawyers and other middle class people rejoined the British institutions as their is no substitute of it.
  • It was becoming violent in tribal ares
  • The khadi cloth was very expensive to be used by poors rather than British made goods.
  • Some members in Congress wanted to contest in the elections.
  • The movement was becoming violent as in chauri chaura.
