What were the main features of Hitler's geopolitical concept of Lebensraum? Write any three features.

Actually this notion of Lebensraum was made up as an excuse for invading Poland, saying that the Germans needed more “space" for expansion of the 3rd Reich. But truth behind it is that Poland had natural ressources (coal, iron, and hence the ability to produce steel). German economy was not that brilliant any longer. Providing employments, building roads, developping automotive industry had been an expensive exercise, and the situation was decreasing. That's why invading Poland appeared to be a solution, in order to gain control over the country's ressources. But it wasn't really possible to say “we have no other option, otherwise we're facing bankruptcy".. so there was this very welcome notion of Lebensraum, that fitted much better into the whole propaganda…
