Answer:

The Estates General, after the French Revolution, was renamed as the National Assembly. It was an elected body of people's representatives. It was a legislative body for France. In 1930s, this National Assembly formed the constitutional monarchy with Louis Phillippe for the country. Till 1930s , only the property owning men had the right to vote in National Assembly.

In 1848, due to Liberal Revolution in France, the National Assembly declared France a Republic. Also it granted suffrage to all the males above the age of 21 years. Also ut granted people the right to work. National Assembly set up national workshops to provide employment.

These are the features of the National Assembly.

No, they did not benefit all the people. This is because only the men had the right to vote. But women did not had the right to vote. Throughout the Liberal Revolution, women had actively participated in the movement. But still they were denied the right to suffrage. Also this can be proved that National Assembly did not benefit all, from the fact that in 1845 the weavers in Silesia revolted. They revolted because they were not given proper working conditions.
