Russia had created many financial problems-

1. increase in the taxes.

2. Russia had the policies at that time but bad implementation

3. there where humour spread at that time that there are illegal affairs of Zarina who was wife of jar with Rasputin .

4. Russo Japanese war was one of the major cause of the Russian Revolution.

(ii) Transfer land be transferred to the tiller.

(iii) Give control of industry to the workers.
