→the farmers were cannot expand their land as most of the fertile land was densely populated
→the farmers need many ploughs and bullocks and one bigha needs 2 ploughs and they had to pay so much and they were unable to pay the for this expenses thus, they cannot buy so many ploughs and bullocks
