Montegue chelmsford reforms I! Produced many changes in political working working India in 1919. Its controversial and also led to appointment of Simon commision in 1927.
Some reforms of govt. Of India act. are:
Bicaramal system of governance was introduced
Dyarchy was introduced which divided the subjects and reserved and non reserved categories like education, police etc.
imperial legislative council was divided into council of State and legeslative assembly.
communal elections to be held as 1909 act
