Surrender the titles which were awarded by the British government.Boycott civil services, army, police, courts, legislative councils and schools.Boycott foreign goods.Launch full civil disobedience campaign, if the government persisted with repressive measures.

The measures are adopted by Gandhi ji during the Non-cooperation movement that they started boycoting the foreign goods and services.And not corporate with them and implement the full civil disobedient movement.
