the points were- 1. the whites and blaks will be given equal rights. 2. though blacks are in majority they would not claim to the property and wealth of the whites.

The points that the blacks and whites agreed upon while drawing/making a common Constitution for South Africa were:-
1)-The blacks claimed majority rule. The whites had to agree to the policy of majority rule. Though The blacks agreed to the policy of protection of the rights of minority
2)-The whites wanted to protect their property. So the blacks agreed that the property of the whites would not be taken away.
