FRENCH SOCIETY WAS DIVIDED INTO 3 SECTION

CLERGY,NOBILITY,COMMON PEOPLE

EVERY CATEGORY WAS KNOWN AS ESTATE. CLERGY AND NOBILITY WERE PRIVILEGED BY BIRTH.

THEY DO NOT HAVE TO PAY TAXES

THEY WERE ABLE TO USE PEASANTS FOR THEIR OWN WORK.

THEY WERE RESPECTED BY BIRTH IRRESPECTIVE OF MERIT
