There were many problems like making a stable government, making laws that will do justice on all people, make many provisions in our country, Writing the rules and regulation in constitution so that it will not left OBC behind and etc. many problems were faced by the Indians and specially makers of Indian Constitution.

All the major jute and cotton growing areas went to Pakistan and ownership of Kashmir was also disputed between India and Pakistan.
The farmers and peasants were almost bankrupt and local craftsmen were out of work.
