What were the problem faced by the peoples of belgium and sri Lanka

The people of Belgium and Sri Lanka have to face ethnic tension.
The people of Belgium solve this problem by accommodation and this brings peace in the country.
Whereas the people of Sri Lanka adopted majoritisiam due to it Sri Lanka lost its peace.
