But today they have encountered some problems like-
1.some men not properly behave them they also cheat theme.
2.Today our market became rough

The problem encountered by the merchants were that they had to pay the taxes. As the nobles and the landowners refused to pay taxes, the merchants had to pay taxes on everything including necessities such as salt. They were deprived of their political rights. These problems persists today but decreasing in most nations due to the developments.
