What were the programmes of non cooperation movement in India? Do you think that the movement was a successful one?

The movement was to be nonviolent and to consist of Indians resigning their titles; boycotting government educational institutions, the courts, government service, foreign goods, and elections; and, eventually, refusing to pay taxes.

Explanation:

The movement was a great success and the firings and arrests could not stop it. Before the year 1921 was out, 30,000 people were in jail. They included most of the prominent leaders. Gandhiji however, was still free.
