Mahatma Gandhi felt that non-cooperation movement should begin with the surrender of titles that the government awarded.
These should be boycott of civil services, army, police, courts and legislative councils, schools and foreign goods.
Then, in case government used repression, a full civil disobedience campaign would be launched.

according to mahatma Gandhi non cooperation movement was the movement against the British in which he thought that British rule had been established in India because of Indian cooperation so now if Indians wanting to remove British from India then Indians have to boycott Britishers
