What were the reactions of people from various sections of Indian society to Khadi

actually it was done in non cooperation movement that people had to boycott British goods and services. But for some people it was really difficult to buy and manage it as it was very costly to buy so for backwards it was difficult for them to buy. So they had proffered to buy british and foreign goods and clothes again. For middle class people it was preferable and high class people buy it and preferred it only as a sign of national integration and equality.
