Reaction of people to Khadi:
1) Poor people couldn't afford it as khadi was expensive.
2) At first there was initial enthusiasm of using khadi, but due to its high cost most of the people avoided wearing khadi instead they wore the cheap mill processed clothes.
3) Khadi was adopted by rich people at large who could afford buying the material.
