What were the rights Which people of Chile and Poland were declined when they weren't democratic?

Chile was taken over by the chief of army , general Augusto Pinochet. he was a dictator ( illegally ) and therefore didn't think or work for people's good , he just wanted to be called the ruler and to be legally he contested elections in which he thought he would win as he scared people by killing many. but as soon as the people got chance, they overthrew him and elected the correct ruler.

both in Chile and Poland , the illegal rulers did no good to the country.
