The global scenario of French Revolution is very glorious.

The causes that led to the outbreak of the french revolution are as follows :-

1) SOCIAL CAUSES

The society was divided according to the monetary status.
The feudal system was strictly followed in the old regime. The nobles and the clergy had their birth privileges but the third estate suffered a lot.

The third estate was suppressed by the above to states.
This made the third estate furious and the educated class of the third estate acted as the fuel for the burning fire.

2) POLITICAL CAUSES

The king of France, Louis 16 was an extravagant king who funded 13 american colonies to gain independence from the common enemy, the British.

The king didn't pay heed to the requirements and needs of the third estate.
The final and main point was the national assembly's meeting where the king refused to accept the demand of 40000 third estate people.

The king had a loan of around 2 billion livre.

Moreover, the boundaries of the states(land) was not fixed. This created a lot of problem for the people.

3) ECONOMIC CAUSES

The economic causes were related to the taxes.
The third estate was having the right to pay taxes this means that out of all the three estates only the third estate paid the taxes.

The third estate suffered a lot due to this.

The third estate had to pay two types of taxes that is tithes and taille.

When there was a huge loan of 2 billion livre on the king, the king decided to increase the taxation on the third estate.

This was the reason why the crowd of third estate went against the king.

Due to these reasons the bastille prison was demolished to challenge the despotic rule of the french king.
